Hello from Düsseldorf-Heerdt! We’re thrilled that you’d like to join our team!‍

At The Zipper Hotel & Apartments, our vision is to connect the hospitality industry with the socially relevant sectors of tomorrow. With this in mind, in addition to hospitality, our focus includes areas such as health, fitness, and digitalization. We’re located right on the banks of the Rhine in Düsseldorf-Heerdt. With the train station right outside our door, you can reach the “Kö”—the flagship of Düsseldorf’s downtown—in just 10 minutes.

Located in the base of our building is a high-quality specialty clinic offering care in 14 different medical disciplines. Our 168 apartments, ranging in size from 22 to 70 square meters, meet the highest standards. Kitchenettes in every unit, floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, custom-designed furniture from well-known brands, and exceptionally large terraces with spectacular views over Düsseldorf are a given for our guests. The heart of The Zipper is our community space on the 13th floor, featuring a coworking space, a fitness and meditation room, and a sauna. The highlight is our rooftop terrace with a view stretching all the way to Cologne Cathedral.‍

It’s important to us that our colleagues and guests can focus on what matters most. That’s why we’ve fully digitized our customer journey, creating space and time for personal interaction.

Long-Stay Management

Phone Support

.... answer calls with a smile in your voice and shine as the first point of contact
.... process individual and group reservations accurately and reliably in the system
.... provide support to our guests and partners with any questions regarding the booking process.

Sales

.… keep an eye on the market and the competition and identify new sales opportunities for us
.… actively support the sales team and perfectly prepare for and assist with site inspections and events
.... identify new opportunities—from trade shows to corporate clients—and drive our new business forward
.... represent our company convincingly at networking events and build valuable contacts.
