... take on operational responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, from digital check-in/check-out to quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.

... you will manage the scheduling of the operations team (Resident Hosts), develop talent, and embody our team culture of mutual respect.

... take charge of process and project management and boldly drive digitalization, automation, and new initiatives.

... help shape group reservations and event planning and support our reservations team in the group reservation process and long-stay management.

... manage interfaces and stakeholder relations and work closely with partners and suppliers.

... ensure safety and compliance throughout the property and consistently monitor standards and procedures.

... have experience in a hands-on role in the hotel industry, and serviced apartments and hotel operations are your area of expertise.

... have excellent communication and organizational skills and are fluent in German and English for everyday use.
