Hello from Düsseldorf-Heerdt! We are delighted that you would like to become part of our team!

With The Zipper Hotel & Apartments, we have the vision of connecting the hospitality industry with the socially relevant areas of tomorrow. With this in mind, our focus is not only on hospitality but also on health, fitness and digitalization. We are located directly on the banks of the Rhine in Düsseldorf Heerdt. With the train stop on the doorstep, you can be on the "Kö", the flagship of Düsseldorf's city center, in just 10 minutes.

The base of our property houses a high-quality specialist clinic with 14 different disciplines. Our 168 apartments, ranging in size from 22-70 square meters, are of a high standard. Kitchenettes in every room, floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, specially designed furniture from renowned brands and exceptionally large terraces with a spectacular view over Düsseldorf are a self-evident promise to our guests. The heart of The Zipper is our community space on the 13th floor with a co-working space, fitness and meditation room and sauna. The highlight is our roof terrace with a view as far as Cologne Cathedral.‍

It is important to us that our colleagues and guests can concentrate on the essentials. That's why we have completely digitalized our customer journey and created space and time for personal interaction.
