FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, use of the alderwood sauna is free for all guests and included in the room rate.
     

  • Our sauna and fitness area is open 24 hours a day. As always, the general quiet hours apply in these areas (no loud music, etc.). You can turn on the sauna yourself, and our security staff is available at night should you have any questions.

  • No, there is no pool in our wellness area.

  • In our Community Space on the 13th floor, you'll find a Nespresso fully automatic coffee machine. This service is free for you as a guest. The beverages in the wall-mounted refrigerator in the Community Space are subject to a charge. You can pay for them in the "Shop" section of your My Stay area.

    Each room has a refrigerator, but it is not stocked.

  • We currently do not offer breakfast for individual reservations, but there are some great options in the area around The Zipper:

    • Café Bakers
    • Bäckerei Puppe

    For group reservations, we offer special options that you’re welcome to discuss directly with our reservations department. Please contact us at reservations@the-zipper.com

  • The Community Space cannot be booked exclusively, but we'd be happy to discuss the possibility of a partner event with you. Please contact us at reservations@the-zipper.com.

  • As a resident, you can use our Community Space on the 13th floor for coworking at any time.
    The Community Space is open to our residents 24/7.

    We only allow exclusive bookings of the Community Space for joint community events.
