Each of us has our own special tasks and expertise. And there are many of them: Development, Mobility, Operations, Sales, Leading ... But only by combining all our experience and skills so closely can we create a place where everything fits. For us as a team. And for our guests. Because we more than enjoy being here. And we do everything we can to ensure that you are too.

Our founders Otto Konstantin and Tobias Sebastian have laid the foundation for their vision with Hospitality X. They want to challenge the status quo of the hotel industry. To connect the hospitality industry with the socially relevant issues of tomorrow. And they are already doing so today.
With success: the Zipper is the best proof of how perfectly hospitality, digitalization, mindfulness, sport and healthcare can intertwine. At the same time, a place has been created here where new visions are born. With and through the growing community that is a guest and at home in the Zipper.

A passionate hostess. Team leader. In love with detail. During her professional career, Franziska has come to know and love the hotel industry in all its facets. She radiates hospitality and has an eye for the little details that often add that certain something, as is the case here at the Zipper. Here, she knows every corner like the back of her hand - if not better.
Franziska puts her energy and passion into her mission to form the perfect team of hosts together with the resident hosts and to live the team spirit: One wave, one drive, one passion.

Co-Founder Tobias Sebastian Oberdieck
Developer spirit. Entrepreneur. Talent for coordination. Tobias has been developing new hotel projects for more than a decade. And as co-founder of Hospitality X, he now has his own: The Zipper Hotel & Apartments. He has impressively achieved his vision of creating a stylish, timeless place in an urban environment where you can take yourself out and still connect with others.

Formerly at home all over the world, he now gives the whole world a home as co-founder with the Zipper. Together with his team and always open to new cooperation partners. With whom he will achieve a great deal in the future, not least thanks to his expertise in the field of international mobility.

Family entrepreneur. Son of an architect. A passionate hotelier with a penchant for thinking differently. He brings a wealth of experience to the table and at least as much inclination for innovative ideas. He has been a colleague and family member of the two founders for decades. Appreciating the constant exchange, advising and always inspired by their ideas.
