  • Yes, our apartments are designed to the most modern standards. This includes threshold-free access, spacious floor plans for optimum freedom of movement and floor-level walk-in rain showers in the high-quality bathrooms.

  • Our team is on site in person. We support you at check-in or help with individual requests. We see ourselves as "hosts" who make sure that you feel safe and in good hands.

  • Our apartments are "ready to move in" and furnished to a high standard by design partners (incl. fully equipped kitchen, real wood furniture and parquet flooring). This allows you to move in completely stress-free, with nothing to worry about.

  • Yes, absolutely. We know how important animal companions are for your well-being. Pets are welcome in our Senior Living Apartments by prior arrangement.

  • Yes, we have our own parking garage directly in the building. So you don't have to search long for a parking space in Heerdt, but can drive straight to your accommodation.
