  • Yes, absolutely! That's exactly why we created our "Vorflur" configurations. You book a package consisting of several adjacent apartments that are separated from the rest of the hotel hallway by an additional door.

  • Depending on the floor and wing, we offer flexible units in which 2, 3, or at most 4 separate apartments are located behind a shared entryway door.

  • Yes. The entryway door can be securely locked from both the inside and the outside. This gives you full control over who enters your private unit. (Note: Since we’re currently expanding our system, please just check with us briefly regarding your booking request when you make your inquiry.)

  • Perfect! Since the outer hallway door can be locked, small children can run back and forth between the apartments in complete safety, without any risk of them wandering into the hotel’s common hallway or toward the elevator.

  • Yes. If your home is temporarily uninhabitable, the apartment unit offers families the perfect, fully furnished alternative with separate rooms and private kitchens. We also assist with direct billing through your insurance company.

  • From a spontaneous weekend getaway to trade show days to a long-term stay of several months in temporary housing—anything is possible. Our rates are flexible and adapt to the length of your stay.

  • The price depends on the number of apartments booked, the season, and the length of stay. As soon as you send us your basic details, we'll calculate the best package price for your group.

  • Yes, no stress getting here: Our ZIPPER PARKING mobility hub in the Am Heerdter Krankenhaus parking garage offers plenty of parking spaces for all the vehicles in your family or group.
